  • I’m with Mark, finding the thing that works for you. I’ve never been a fan of exercise at all, don’t see the point of going to the gym, avoided sport during school etc. But then got dragged along to rock climbing and suddenly it was like “Oh. This is actually enjoyable.” It was mainly the problem-solving aspect of it I think that made it appeal to me so much, so it’s more that I get to exercise my mind but just so happen to get physical exercise along the way as well. And then I started getting decent at it so was motivated to keep going to be able to keep up that level of skill.
