Ben Bates and Dustin Weaver’s Bebop and Rocksteady Destroy Everything finds Shredder’s most infamous henchmen down on their luck, until they find a time sceptre that allows them access to all of time and space. And being Bebop and Rocksteady, that just means they have their biggest opportunity yet to wreak some havoc.
