Sideshow’s Court of the Dead series has branched out its battle between Heaven and Hell into the world of digital comics — and Death makes his final move in the conflict in this third and final part of our comic miniseries!
Turns out Death’s answer to all this war is to essentially skulk off and build up his own power base: an army of souls crafted into his own Court of subjects, who’ll presumably look rather sinsister and munch on some popcorn while they wait for the angels and demons to beat each other into fine, otherworldly paste. Check out part two of the comic, as well as a handful of images from the Chronicle of the Underworld art book below, making their debut here on io9. And don’t forget to catch up on the first two parts of the comic here.
To learn more about Court of the Dead, you can head on over to Sideshow’s website here. Court of the Dead: Chronicles of the Underworld is available now.

Well this article is confusing as hell.
What is the series? Comic? Novel? Game? TV Show?
Were there articles on this before? Because it feels a bit of a spoilerish thing to give away, not knowing the context of the series, whatever it is.
“Our” comic miniseries? Was it made by Kotaku, or did someone just literally copy-paste parts from the website this came from?
Same thoughts went through my head, did kotaku do this. Nah that artwork is amazing. Was it not a comic? Never heard of it
And links to the third part?
