Coming this October from the author of the official Game of Thrones cookbook, World of Warcraft: The Official Cookbook will have you searching “where can I buy canned haggis” in Google more often than you already do.
I suppose you could use fresh haggis as well, but who has the time?
The fine folks at Simon & Schuster (via Destructoid) are bringing Chelsea Monroe-Cassel’s interpretation of classic Azerothian food and drink to wherever hardbound books are sold this fall, and they don’t care who they hurt in the process.
Have you ever wanted to make Beer Basted Boar Ribs but didn’t want to bother flying to the dwarf and gnome starting area or picking up the recipe at the auction house? You probably should have tried long before this book came out. It’s just beer-soaked ribs basted with more beer. Also beer. That’s easy mode stuff. Some of these other sample recipes are not.
Mmm, leaves.
Honey-Spiced Lichen? I’m lichen the sound of that. Not really, but I enjoy the pun. It’s leaves with dirt and honey. Mmm.
The spiraling shape will make you go insane.
These are actually quite clever looking. Little almond sliver claws? Almost makes me want to eat my fingernails.
I just want to drink out of a flask.
Cosplayers are always looking for new ways to get drunk in character.
OK, now I am hungry.
Now this is a recipe I can get behind, even if it won’t intermittently make me spit fire. I especially enjoy “bottle beer”, because every beer tastes exactly the same and it doesn’t matter which one you pick.
Gooey.
Pumpkin loaf, only with sweet potatoes instead of pumpkin. There is nothing wrong with this.
And now I want an entire turkey.
World of Warcraft: The Official Cookbook will begin providing ongoing new content for your body this October.

I’ve always thought a restaurant styled after generic WoW Inn with a menu based off dishes you can make in game would be rather interesting.
I’d go there, for sure!
Sitting down to a bulky wooden bench style table with a tankard of beer or goblet of wine scoffing down on some beer basted boar ribs listening to some guy playing a lute or classical guitar in the corner. Big chunky candles providing light. I miss rustic atmosphere restaurants -_-
if i had the cash, id love to make Karazhan an Adults Only Hotel, Restaurant and Brothel.
The real question though is would you have a basement with corpses chained from the ceiling?
yes and it would also be flooded with corpse chained by their legs to floor as well, and it would be opened every halloween so that all may experience the glory of the upside down sinners
Shit, forgot that it was filled with water -_-
I miss vanilla WoW sometimes
