Ubisoft Australia has just tweeted out some new pics from the upcoming Assassin’s Creed movie starring Michael Fassbender.
The cool part? We get our first look at the modern day Assassin’s Creed stuff.
It looks… very blue.
The first trailer for the Assassin’s Creed is due soon. Very soon. Like in the next 24 hours soon. I’m keen to check out the tone and see how Fassbender looks and sounds. As far as I’m concerned the man can do no wrong so I’m hoping this movie is one of the first movie adaptations of a video game that doesn’t suck.

The second screenshot looks like its a game, awesome. The two images give me hope for the movie, I’m actually thinking this will be awesome. Can’t wait to see the trailer, will definitely be a cinema flick to go and see.
I was thinking the same thing! Took me a second to realist it was a photograph not a screenshot.
I’ve got my fingers crossed that this and Warcraft will be amazing – honestly I love the Warcraft universe enough that I’ll love the movie no matter what, just for seeing Gul’dan on the big screen at the very least. As for Assassin’s Creed, I’m just hoping for some fun with semi-accurate costumes and thats what it looks like is happening!
i’m just hoping that that they haven’t simply taken the story premise of AC1 and just changed the names of central characters and the location of the animus memories.
You’d think they’d have to put some twists in there with keeping a similar outline of the story.
*double*
I’d be happy if they just did that though haha Aslong the fighting scenes, locations and acting are good. I’ll be happy 😀
Crossing fingers for a good trailer. I love the costuming.
I’m still not sold. I’ve got a bad feeling that when the trailer drops, the universal reaction will be “Eh?” And then we all cringe.
Happy to be proven wrong though.
I just fucking hope that the modern day stuff doesnt happen every 30mins like it does in game (just as things are getting good BAM! stupid abstergo bullshit to pull you out of the game)
