A slew of Chinese case mods were on display at the recent ChinaJoy gaming exhibition in Shanghai. Let’s have a look.

Japanese site 4Gamer took most of these images. One case modder to note is Fuxk, which has been winning case mod competitions for years now.

The one in the Lian-Li PC08 case confuses me, as I’ve seen a lot of water-cooling builds in this case that put the radiator outside of the second compartment (just like this one). But wouldn’t that hinder airflow, since it’s basically blocking that main side intake?
Mostly curious as I use that case and am getting ready to upgrade my rig to water-cooling.
These are the pc version of ricer show cars. Its all about expensive components on display and looking like they go fast at the expense of actually going fast. Usually costing more than a real performance machine too. The epitome of e-peens.
Half of those e-peen extensions look like real messes and a few others look like they just take up unnecessary space. Perhaps I’m fickle, but very few of those impressed me.
