What To Expect From The 2016 Game Awards

Tonight in Anaheim is the annual Geoff Keighley Extravaganza, a lavish celebration of all things Video Game that should have plenty of announcements and new gameplay footage. Also, there might be awards.

The 2016 Game Awards, which starts at 1:00PM AEDT and can be watched on pretty much anything, will feature:

  • New footage from Zelda: Breath of the Wild
  • New footage from Mass Effect: Andromeda
  • A new look at Spectre Knight, the next free expansion to the fantastic platformer Shovel Knight
  • Hideo Kojima, who will also be at PSX this weekend
  • Run the Jewels
  • Memes
  • Awards
  • Other assorted announcements and “world premieres”

We’ll be covering all the news right here on Kotaku as it happens, so don’t worry if you can’t watch. Should be fun, though.
