For the first time in 18 years, the Pokemon anime featured baseball — er, “Pokebase”. That, and some truly bonkers animation.

The last time a Pokemon anime featured baseball, it wasn’t nearly as bananas.

This time, though…
This is honestly the funniest and best animated episode of the season so far, I couldn’t even decide what scene to show #anipoke pic.twitter.com/YjyDONZ7T1

One response to “Pokemon Played Baseball And It Was Wild”
The “baseball episode” is somehow one of the funniest ones in most anime that have one. Samurai Champloo and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya come to mind.
