Melbourne-Made Framed 2 Arrives This Week, Get The Original Free Right Now

The prequel to the Aussie-made mobile hit Framed comes out in just a few days and to get you in the mood, developer Loveshack Entertainment has discounted the original by 100 per cent. Which means free. And free is good.

Yes, Hideo Kojima’s GOTY for 2014 can be downloaded from the App Store for zero dollars and that’s about as good a deal as one can get.

And, if you like what you see, you don’t have to wait long for a new experience, with Framed 2 due out June 14, which, if I use this fancy calendar thing, works out to be Wednesday this week.

If you’re not familiar with how the game plays, it’s essentially a comic book with movable panels. Each scene is therefore a puzzle, where you have to find the right combination of panels to progress, though some can be solved in multiple ways.

As with the first game, it’ll certainly debut on iOS, with an Android version to follow later on.
