Crypt of the Necrodancer developer Brace Yourself Games just announced its upcoming title, Industries of Titan. And it’s very different from what we’ve come to know the studio for.
Industries if Titan
Industries of Titan will be an “industrial city building sim/strategy game, set on Saturn’s moon Titan,” according to the developer. Players can design industrial cities, which they can grow into metropolises, as well as battleships and factories. Players will compete using customisable ships and political influence for Titan’s resources and territory, all while balancing “the needs of your workers, your factories, and your buildings to produce a powerful, efficient economy”.
So, it’s like a real-time strategy game with a big simulation component.
The dark, synthy soundtrack is being composed by Danny Baranowsky, who also made the killer music behind Crypt of the Necrodancer. No release date has been announced yet.

That looks freaking gorgeous…impressive step up from (the awesome) Crypt’s 8-bit aesthetic.
I’ll be watching this one closely.
Got over 350 hours in Crypt of the Necrodancer so I will buy this even if I mightn’t play it just to continue to show thanks to the devs
