The 64GB iPhone X will cost $1579 in Australia in both silver and space grey, while the 256GB iPhone X will cost $1829.

    Are they just skipping the Iphone 9 entirely?

      Yes. When apps look for the 9, the might get confused and think it's iPhone 95 and refuse to run on the old hardware.

    lol to any idiot rationalizing this purchase for themselves.

      More than happy to spend my disposable income on this. I don't work 60 hour weeks to not buy myself nice things. I'll be upgrading from a pixel XL to this, depending on how the pixel XL 2 turns out.

    They must have major supply issues if they're out in six weeks. I recall the old releases usually would come out a few days after the announcement to build on the hype.

    Great looking phone, but these prices are seriously getting out of hand now, in 5 years these things will be costing people over $2000 & that I can't stand by. Especially those people who have their priorities in the wrong place & will buy this phone but are in debt & have bills overdue.
