Ummm let’s face it, even the most mature and interesting game narratives are not exactly much beyond b-grade compared to top tier film. And it doesn’t matter because they are completely different works of media.
I think this ignores that games are meant to be played not watched.
Take any game to film example. Mortal Kombat, Tomb Raider, Assasins Creed. All shit. All the time.
I’m not trying to be negative but this idea is awful.
