Puberty sucks. No one likes it or wants to remember it. So, obviously, it’s getting an entire series. Think Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, only the monsters are in your genitals.
Still: Netflix via YouTube
Netflix has released the first full trailer for Big Mouth, an adult animated series from Nick Kroll where a bunch of girls and boys undergo the monstrous ravages of puberty… thanks to actual monsters. The show makes it clear that it isn’t for kids — there’s an attack from a giant dildo and a literal talking vagina — but I don’t know if it’s for adults either. Because it’s kind of juvenile.
The trailer and clips aren’t super funny or original, and its main appeal is in being gross, but that’s been done before. To be honest, the trailer kind of feels like what happens when someone changes the lyrics to “The Assumption Song” to put in the dirty parts, as opposed to staying suggestive and letting our minds fill in the blanks. Sometimes, it’s more boring to be overt.
Frankly, I have no idea who this show is for, apart from the people who made it. In any case, Big Mouth comes out September 29 and the trailer is below.

What a time to be alive.
Thought it looked stupid, then I saw the bit that said “And his friend who wrote for Family Guy”
Oh… That explains it.
This is probably one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen. Might as well just go full throttle and make it hentai.
The dislikes on the trailer are double the amount of likes.
Great choice netflix.
I think in a world where people get grossed out way to easily and feel the need to use hand sanitiser every 10 minutes, this would be something that is a guilty pleasure. I saw Nick Kroll and John Mulaney on Broadway last year and had a great time so I think I’ll give this one a shot. If the first episode isn’t special, I can easily switch to something else
