The newest South Park game is full of funny moments and easter eggs, but here’s one you might not catch, because it requires you to break the rules.

Early in South Park: The Fractured But Whole, once the kids have given up on playing fantasy and switched to superheroes, you’re told to find a way into Cartman’s basement, which is locked with a keycode.

You’re supposed to do this by finding the notebook hidden in his bedroom, which contains the password: “Fuck You Mom.”

If you’re playing the game a second time, however, or if you saw this information on Kotaku, you might try entering the password without getting Cartman’s notebook.

Here’s what happens if you do that:

That is, of course, Cartman dressed up as New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who we’ve seen on the show before. He knows a cheater when he sees one.

  • The thing is, I took a wild guess and got it first try. Needless to say I was a bit confused as to why I was being called a cheater haha.

    • When this game was first announced I know that “Fuck You Mom” was going to be used somewhere as this is what Cartman is known for, I actually think this “Easter Egg” is on point, however unfair if you are a smart South Park fan.

Guess this means we need Cartman’s Journal afterall.
