These Star Wars Battlefront II PS4s Look Terrible (But They’ll Sell Out Of Course)

Sony Australia is releasing two special edition PS4 bundles next month for the release of Star Wars Battlefront II. They’re not pretty.

These special edition consoles are a far cry from the glorious Star Wars Xbox 360s that were released several years ago. I bet they don’t even make R2D2 noises when you turn them on.

Hitting shelves on November 14, three days before the release of Star Wars Battlefront II, there are two bundles on offer: a black PS4 Pro ($659.95) with a couple of decals from the game and a grey 1TB PS4 ($549.95) with a couple of decals from the game.

Both bundles come with the deluxe edition of Star Wars Battlefront II that comes with “premium digital content, including upgraded versions of all four trooper classes, and instant access to elite hero and starfighter epic Star Cards.”

Both bundles also come with a DualShock 4 that sports the same decals on the handles and has the Star Wars logo plastered all over the touchpad.

I’m not sure what they were thinking. But hey, you get the game a few days early and not everyone cares what their consoles look like.
