I managed to miss Bound when it came out last year, so I’m excited to see it make its way to November’s PlayStation Plus lineup. As always, the following games are only “free” if you have an active PlayStation Plus membership.
November’s PS Plus lineup is:
PlayStation 4
- Worms Battlegrounds
- Bound (PSVR support)
PlayStation 3
- R-Type Dimensions
- Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic
Vita
- Dungeon Punks (crossbuy with PS4)
- Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse, Episodes 1 & 2
Bonus
- Until Dawn: Rush of Blood (PSVR)
- That’s You! (Playlink)

Oh nos i bought Bound in a sale a few months ago. N still havent played it 🙁
At least this months lineup gives me time to catch up on my backlog
Me too lol, always a risk when you buy something on sale, particularly PS exclusive that it will end up on PS+ shortly thereafter.
And the good (subjectively) run of free games dies out…..
Yeah but at the end of the day free games are free games. My PS Plus membership pays for itself within a couple of months so i can’t complain. Hell, the amount of hours ive put into rocket league should have me well and truly covered for a few more years yet.
I agree, I’m not knocking the fact their free but that in the past months the ‘quality’ or ‘AAA-ness’ of the titles were that not seen in a long, long time.
In saying all this I’ll still D/L Until Dawn: VR as I hope to get VR for xmas (pls Santa if you’re reading this)
Even without the games, I reckon it probably pays for itself pretty easily over the course of the year with just the discounts. Like the “double discount” sale on now. If you find a couple of games you’re interested in there then it’ll go a long way towards covering the cost of your year’s subscription in one hit.
Yeah, Back to being disappointed, Plus i don’t have a Vita or ps3 or care about psvr & i understand they need to provide something for everyone, But they mostly pick obscure titles that will only ever appeal to a small handful of ppl or games that are laughably mediocre like Infamous 2 that in my opinion aren’t worth downloading, I downloaded Infamous 2, Started it, Got to a point where i had to make a moral decision of betraying my village for no real valid reason or something else equally stupid, I remember saying “Ugh” and deleting it. I Wouldn’t care so much about the quality of the free games if the quality of PlayStation network wasn’t so bad.
Bit of a step back from the previous couple of months. But on the plus side, I don’t already have any of these. I’ve heard good things about Bound, and I love the Worms games, so I’ll have a go at those, at least.
It’s been so long since I’ve played a Worms game and I haven’t heard of Bound, but sounds like it could be a good one. I’m glad there isn’t anything huge this month as I still have to finish Just Cause 3 and Horizon DLC is nearly here…then there’s everything else I need to play.
I think this is a good strategy from Sony to really sell some PSVRs this Christmas. They start by offering 3 PSVR games with PS+ (pretty good ones too) Bound (which is breath taking in VR), Rush of Blood, and Rigs. Then DoomVR and SkyrimVR come out. Pretty good way to shift a few headsets.
It was an enjoyable 6 months we had there, with good solid quality titles to be played. But Christmas is right around the corner, so it’s time to push out the trash no one will bother grabbing since they will be so distracted by their shiny new AAA titles that have been pushed out for the holiday season.
Reckon they should’ve had at least one more awesome month to try and pre-empt anyone thinking of jumping ship to an Xbox One X. Might be a small step but anything to convince the fence-sitters that they want to stick with Sony would help.
