Magi is a fuckin mess right now, it is ridiculously stupid and drawn out.
You have basically described almost everything on that list btw..
… well the drawn out bit anyway. This is why I can’t get invested on these “popular long running” manga/anime anymore. It’s just too long for me to keep paying attention.
