Over the weekend Perth kicked off the extended Aussie cosplay season with the local Madman Anime Fest, one of the first conventions of the year. As per usual we’ve collected some of our favourite photos from the weekend and put them all in one handy place for your enjoyment!

While Perth is one of Australia’s smaller cosplay communities, it still trots out some great talent at every event. This time it was even more pronounced with a round of Madman’s National Cosplay Competition taking place. You can see the entries in the pic below. The winners were Anime-niacs Cosplay, the pair on the right, who will go on to represent Western Australia in the national finals.
