To celebrate the launch of Sea of Thieves, Microsoft is holding a 'Sing Us A Shanty' event this weekend.
Enlist with your friends, go adventuring with Captain Hellfire and the Wretched Brethren and the band with regale you with a shanty about the time you spent together.
It's a very literal interpretation of Rare's ambition for players to create stories through Sea of Thieves.
When I first played Sea of Thieves, I was apprehensive. It didn't grab me at all. But, after taking on voyage after voyage - alone or with friends and strangers - I’ve now spent so many hours sailing on the sea that, when I close my eyes, I can still hear the water crashing.

Tickets are free and delivered up on a first come, first served basis. A ticket will let you and your friends join in for half an hour on Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 am and 6:00pm AEDT.
Obviously you'll need a copy of Sea of Thieves on Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC to take part. Got to have the game to play the game.
