Comments

Just make sure to do your research first cause some of these cheaper tellies can have an input delay from your consoles. Some have game mode though which can fix that.

Legitimate question, when you talk about the input delay what is that affecting? Is that like a refresh rate thing or like controller commands? Sorry for the dumb question.

It’s an image delay, often due to subpar panels and software processing to compensate. Cheaper TVs suffer from it significantly, especially at 4K. You would perceive it as input lag but it’s the TV being slow.

Also! the contrast ratios on these tv's are truly horrible. That means the strengths and clarity of blacks and whites is not good. This really effects the picture quality

Did you buy one or have you found a store that sells them. Would also like to check out the picture qaulity before I shell out.
        Thanks

Nah i dont have one but a friend of mine has the much much older kogan tv which suffered the same issue. IF you go the to link and look at the specs the contrast ration is 800:1 which is low. If im not mistaken, the contrast ratio is what determines how well the screen is lit and, in turn, affects how black blacks can be and how bight and clear whites are.

800:1 much below the recommended CR for gaming screens.

Yeah, after I put that comment up I found the spec and saw that 800:1 contrast which is pretty awful! Thanks for the response though :)
