Here’s 9 Minutes Of Gameplay From Shadow Of The Tomb Raider

Up for a bit of exploring? Then here’s a chunk of gameplay from Shadow of the Tomb Raider, showing off the game’s hub city, Paititi.

The publisher released around 10 minutes of footage this morning from Lara’s upcoming adventure, showcasing more of the scope of the game. The first few minutes are largely just to illustrate the various NPCs and quest givers you can interact with. Lara’s shown petting a llama and there’s a few chooks in the city, which works for me.

A new option includes “voiceover immersion”, where NPCs speak in their native tongue (as opposed to English, or whatever your chosen language is). Shadow of the Tomb Raider will also let you sell items back to vendors, which should be a neat way of dumping all the random crap you find in tombs.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is due out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on September 14. The game will also have co-op, although we’re still waiting for more details on precisely how that mode functions (it won’t be like 2013 Tomb Raider‘s multiplayer, though).
