holy magoly I’ll take that
Pretty awesome lineup this month. I have never invested in Destiny as it seems like something you need time to play, but I did enjoy my time with the original closed beta (eventually)
Would love to jump into GOW3 again too. Never ended up finishing it on PS4 as I got totally stuck later in the game.
As for Another World, not the best game, but it’s nostalgia overload.
Destiny better with friends and there’s plenty of us who play. It’s a pretty good time to pick up the original campaign. The new weapons changes are really mixing up the loadouts too.
It seems that GOW3 isn’t free, at least for me its not showing up as free but $47 all the others I just got for free though.
And their email suggests that it is supposed to be free
Destiny 2 is available now, while the other PS Plus games will be free on September 4th.
Destiny2 campaign was really fun. so now anyone can try it. (I moved on a long time again and play warframe now)
unfortunately I own both games, and so the only game I’m really looking forward to is Another world. outside of my own perspective, this is a really good month.
wow, destiny 2 full game for free. thats awesome……
I’ve been playing it for 4 hours a week and have no trouble getting my gear to top level each season. It’s not enough time for the special event things they do however.
Sweet, I no longer need to swap the disk out to play Destiny 2, its all going to be on digitally
I thought Destiny 2 was generous until people on the Playstation blog pointed out that once the DLC drops soon you’re going to need to buy it or find yourself left behind. Which is fine if you’re looking for a low cost entry point but if you want to try it out you’re basically going to get a gimped version.
There’s plenty of content in the original campaign and enough to see if you like it. it might be a giant demo, but it includes the first raid, several strikes, and 4 open world areas. It’s a good intro.
Yeah. The Destiny 2 sales tail is done. Over. Making this free costs them pretty much nothing, but it does serve as an excellent demo to get people to buy into what they do care about: an expansion and an upcoming year’s worth of paid DLC.
Bit disappointing to me, since I already got what I wanted out of the PC version, but if you just play through the campaign then delete it, Destiny 2’s not a bad use of a single weekend, so good for everyone else, I guess. Not the first time I’ve already bought the PS+ titles. (Seriously, though, don’t expect more of a wekeend. The campaign is… not long, and the gear chase that comes after it is pointless without the DLC. Just delete after the campaign unless you’re planning on actually buying into the grind.)
Is there any point getting Destiny if I don’t teally play online?
But yeah decent lineup. Will grab GOW, haven’t played any of those games since the 2 on ps2 – I remember them being very fun but with not heaps of replay value
I don’t think i will enjoy destiny cuz i have no time. I might give gow3 a go since i havent played any of the older ones.
Make sure to do a read up on what happens in GOW and GOW2 before diving into GOW3 as you might be a bit lost as to what’s going on in GOW3 otherwise.
It’s a great game though, you’ll have a lot of fun.
I just happened to start the original GOW on PS3 a couple of days ago. Good timing 😛
Haven’t played GOW3 since the PS3, can’t wait.
