Good gaming mice are worth their weight in gold. They usually cost a ton, unfortunately, but you can save $30 off two very decent offerings today.
Amazon’s US store are offering a $30 haircut on the SteelSeries Rival 310 and Sensei 310, two mice with a quality optical sensor. They usually retail for around $100 at most Australian outlets, but you can get them both through Amazon Australia for $62.
The main difference between the two is the shape: the Rival 310 is larger and more akin to the older Microsoft Intellimouse optical mice, while the Sensei 310 is a bit smaller with an ambidextrous design.
Both mice have texturised rubber grips on the both, and provided you’ve got the appropriate hand size the chassis is fairly well designed. Aussie mouse reviewer Rocket Jump Ninja covered both mice when they launched last year, going over the weight distribution, construction, latency and general design.
Both the Rival and Sensei 310 held up well through all the usual tests. Shipping on both is free if you use Amazon Prime as well (and if you don’t have that, you can sign up for free and then cancel before the trial period ends to avoid paying extra).
