Even More Final Fantasy XV Content Is Coming ... In Book Form

Last fall, it was announced that 75 per cent of Final Fantasy XV’s DLC was getting scrapped. The “Episode Ardyn” DLC will be out on March 26, but there’s content coming, including a book. Yes, a book!

The canned The Dawn of the Future DLC was to be four-episodes that told what came next for the world of FFXV, but only Episode Ardyn will be released. It looks like FFXV has stories it still once to tell, hence the newly announced novel.

Titled Final Fantasy XV: The Dawn of the Future, the book is slated for an April release in Japan. Page count is TBA. According to Square Enix, an international version is also planned. This is part of the Final Fantasy XV: The Dawn of the Future Celebration Box, which also includes an art booklet and the anime short Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ardyn – Prologue.

They are such a lovely couple.

Although I'm not sure Noctis ever actually got to 'seal the deal', if you know what I mean...

Second paragraph, last sentence. It should read "wants" instead of "once". Delete my comment when you've edited the article thanks.

Also take me out of moderation purgatory.

I'm actually really disappointed that they are not doing all of them.

Apparently this isn't uncommon in Japanese media. Like apparently Parasite Eve was a sequel to a novel that then continued right after where the games left off with both another novel and a manga.
Plus Final Fantasy 10 has 10-2, but there was a radio play that happened afterwards which was apparently canonical.
