A Game About Setting Final Destination-Style Traps

Given the success of the Hitman series and gamers’ natural creativity, it’s surprising we haven’t seen more Final Destination-style games.

Announced for the Switch overnight, Death Coming is a game about harvesting human souls as The Reaper. To do this, you have to dodge angels in real-life by setting traps for humans. It might involve dropping a pot plant on someone’s head; taking out a support railing from a construction worker, setting a stop sign to green earlier than anticipated, or whatever your creativity can come up with.

I do love how all the souls look furious, though.

Death Coming launches on the eShop April 26 Australian time.
