Every Phone That Can Run The Elder Scrolls: Blades

If you’re like me then you became quite giddy and lightheaded at the announcement earlier this week that Bethesda’s mobile dungeon-crawler The Elder Scrolls: Blades had gone into Early Access for iOS and Android, as you’d pre-registered for it. You might also be like me and rock a slightly more mature variety of smartphone.

In which case, then you perhaps thrice resemble my fine self (Me?! is that you?!) and won’t be able to run the game yet anyway. Here are the scores on the doors, provided by Bethesda, so you can check whether your handset or tablet is presently Tamriel-certified:

• iPhone 6s and newer
• iPhone SE
• iPad Pro
• iPad Mini 4 and 5
• iPad Air 2 and 3
• Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+
• Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+
• Samsung Galaxy S10/S10+
• Samsung Galaxy Note 8
• Samsung Galaxy Note 9
• Google Pixel 2/2XL
• Google Pixel 3/3XL
• OnePlus 5 and newer
• Moto Z2 Force
• Moto Z3
• Essential Phone
• HTC U11/U11+
• HTC U12+
• LG V30
• LG G7 One
• Xiaomi Mi 6
• Xiaomi Mi Mix 2
• Xperia XZ Premium
• Xperia XZ1
• Razer Phone / Razer Phone 2
• ZTE Nubia Z17
• Nokia 8
• Sharp Aquos R
• Asus ZenFone 4 Pro
• Huawei P20/P20 Pro
• Huawei Mate 20 Pro
• OnePlus 6T

Those of us that have devices capable of running The Elder Scrolls: Bladescurse you, Zweizen – seem to be having something of a good time with it so far.

With any luck, and a bit more tinkering on Bethesda’s part to add to the list of supported devices, more of us should be able to have a pop in the near future. Invitations will be going out on a rolling basis to those who’ve signed up.

In the meantime, it’s still possible to put your name down for an invite for Early Access.
