If you’ve wanted to re-binge Avatar: The Last Airbender lately, but been frustrated at its availability in Australia, good news.
As of this week, the entirety of the best animated series ever made is now available on Netflix. All three seasons are available, although Avatar‘s inclusion doesn’t come with Legend of Korra, the follow-up series set 70 years after the events of Airbender.

I am here today to tell you that Avatar: The Last Airbender, an animated show about a group of magical kids who ride around on a flying buffalo, deserves to be counted among them.”]
Legend of Korra was originally available through Amazon Prime, but the series has available through Netflix after their release, hopefully Legend of Korra pops up on Netflix soon. It’d be a real shame not to follow up Aang’s adventures with Avatar Korra and her crew.

Season 1 of both Avatar series have been available on Stan for a few months now. I wonder if they’ll get the rest of the episodes in on the back of this.
It’s kind of interesting that it took this long though given that Netflix is bankrolling a live action series based on it.
Thanks for pointing that out!
Season 2 of Korra is on Amazon but not season 1.
Ahh, the current state/future of streaming in a nutshell. You need multiple subscriptions just to watch the entirety of a show.
It get’s even more complicated if you want to download it to watch offline.
Because Netflix won’t allow it but Stan and Amazon does.
So you have to Amazon to D/L S1 of The Last Airbender.
Netflix to watch 2 and 3 but can’t D/L.
Stan for S1 Korra to D/L
Then Amazon for S2 to D/L. 😀
All three seasons, WOO! Thank God.
It was super annoying only being partial runs on all the other streaming services.
Im Just here to say that if you want to watch it at its best, get the fan remaster (from piratebay).
Still the winner in terms of best HD version of the show.
If you are someone that feels morally against pirating (i wont judge), just pay for a month of netflix and watch the fan remaster anyway, technically they get the same money, but you get a better experience.
It’s been on Amazon Prime for a while now.
This is not true, atleast not for the US. The only thing that pops up for Avatar is the placeholder for the live action series coming next year.
We’re writing from the perspective of Australians.
Then why are you marketing on my (US Citizen) Facebook timeline?
Get the hell out of here with your title clickbait. Mention AU in the title.
Umm this is a false article unless it’s only in certain countries but it’s not in the states cause I’ve looked everywhere
Yeah, this is a Netflix Australia thing (Australia being a key focus for us, for obvious reasons).
