The most recent big Counter-Strike update pissed off a lot of players, first with an overpowered new pistol, then more subtly with an overhaul of the way rifles and pistols work. Now, though, Valve’s admitted that they messed up.

Counter-Strike’s Overpowered New Gun Has Been Nerfed
Briefly: Valve nerfed Counter-Strike‘s controversial new gun. It now does less damage (86 as opposed to 115) and has a slightly longer delay. It’s still strikingly accurate in certain situations, though. If I had to guess, I’d say this isn’t the last time it will be changed. We’ll see.
