Musician Gackt is the closest we’ll get to a real-life Final Fantasy character. And this hug pillow might be the closest you get to Gackt.
He really looks like a Final Fantasy character! And according to Gackt, FFVIII‘s Squall Leonhart was based on his appearance.
What’s more, Gackt not only did the theme songs for Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, he also voiced Genesis Rhapsodos in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and lent his image to the character.
His latest single Akatsukizukuyo (Day Breakers) is the theme for Square Enix’s latest iOS role-playing game 3594e.
Via Twitter user vamparckt, here is the bonus life-sized hug pillow that comes with the premium edition of Akatsukizukuyo (Day Breakers). You can, apparently, unzip it.
等身大抱き枕が想像以上に凄かったwwwwwwwwwwww [vamparckt]

Real life Final Fantasy character? Pfft, not nearly enough belts and buckles.
I listened to Gackt when I was 14, and I’m almost 28, so I often wonder if he’s still doing the single musician lifestyle, or if he’s gotten married and retired with his millions.
Okay, this would be brilliant if it wasn’t creepy as hell.
It’s Brian Ashcraft. Creepy as hell is kind of his thing.
Brian Ashcraft owns that????????!!!!!!!!
THINK ABOUT THE CHILDREN
