Tettix first showed off his massive illustration of Dark Souls’ Lordran at the end of January, when it was still a work-in-progress — well, it no longer is.
Even though the piece is complete as far as Tettix is concerned, he was quick to point out in the relevant Reddit threads (here and here) that some alterations and omissions were necessary “to fit everything in and make it all work in this sort of tall composition.”
So keep that in mind while you look (and most importantly, zoom in) at the piece below, and note that Tettix has a few more Dark Souls-related illustrations you can check out over at his website.

Any Souls fanatics care to breakdown the names of each of the areas represented on the print??

Ok here goes:
I’m not 100%, but pretty sure it’s:
(in levels, as in the picture)
– Dukes Archive> Anor Londo
– Sen’s Fortress> Greater Dark Root Garden area (incl Oolacile, where you fight the wolf Sif.)
– Undead Parish> Upper Undead Berg
– Lower Undead Berg
– Firelink Shrine> The Depths
– The Catacombs> Gaping Dragon Boss Area (Inside the depths)
– Tomb of the Giants> Blight Town
– Demonic Ruins
– New Londo Ruins
– Firelink Alter?
– Kiln of the First Flame?
And a map I found later, having some discrepancies to what I thought etc:
