I don't really get the Nerf Now comics. Peach obviously intends to hook Daisy up with someone, it seems evident that Luigi would have been the person Mario invited.

So why is Samus there? Is that the joke? I... I just don't know.

Dammit, Man, Laugh! We'll laugh until its funny!

I think Luigi put a Metroid on Samus' head to er brainwash her or something into being his girlfriend

Being a Mass Effect geek; I don't get the Virtual Shackles one - you couldn't play as the other races...

yes, good point. Unless they mean playable companions who are non-human, but Mass Effect 2 has those as well.
      I call a research fail.

I followed a link to their site and it seems they're mixing it up with KOTOR. Regardless it's a huge comic fail.

Kotaku should really just list the links to these comics like Joystiq does instead of posting them for people to read here.

I'm sure the cartoonists would be more greatful for exposure AND page hits.

^ If this was done I probably wouldn't bother clicking on links. Just Sayin

I think it was done as a links list once or twice, and there was no end of complaints; after all if we wanted to click the links to these comics we could just bookmark them and watch for updates ourselves.

I don't know if these were meant to be funny or not.

I prefer them on here. And I already read a few. This just helps expose me to new ones I may not have read before. Win win.

    Hey, where's Manly Guys?

Hopefully the bottom of the Jersey River.

Yer.. that whole "turn off electronics" mumbo jumbo really gets to me.. I've seen numerous people ignore them, on numerous flights.. mobile phones, wifi devices etc etc.. nothing ever happens.. it's all a load of crap.. especially if it's something in flight-mode like a Kindle with the wifi turned off.. I mean.. come on.. what superstitious monkey came up with that rule?

Mythbusters did a thing on it. It's basicly fine as long as all the wiring is shielded properly. Basicly it will only hurt if your airplane is badly maintained.
