According to a report on Develop, EA has closed its Bright Light studio based in the UK. The developer had last released the awful Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. You know, the one that people called Gears of Wand.

Valve Buys Firewatch Developer Campo Santo
Independent studio Campo Santo (Firewatch) has been acquired by a most unlikely suitor - Valve, a digital store operator that once made video games. Three people familiar with the news confirmed the purchase to Kotaku today.

Only decent HP game I played for Gameboy Color, number 1. It was a turned based RPG like Final Fantasy.
I remember that as a kid, loved it so much!
Didn't mind number 1 on the PlayStation 1.
Turn based RPG's are all well and good for limited hardware. But would it kill WB to make full blown action/adventure RPG's for Harry Potter and LOTR?!!!
Harry Potter could be the best hybrid of both Adventure Gaming, RPG Story/questing and Wand Battles.
