Remember when Sega made home consoles? I sure do. I was a Sega guy all the way when others were playing Nintendo. And now, I guess I can own Sega Genesis speakers. Hooray?
This Sega emblazoned audio product comes from game hardware and peripheral company Tommo. It’s a Bluetooth compatible set of speakers with a built-in rechargeable battery. It cannot play Golden Axe.
Tommo also has iPhone cases that look like old Sega hardware. No word yet on pricing on any of these Sega-licensed products.
You know, this is where old video game consoles go when they die.

Those cases look 10/10. The Genesis one looks fantastic.
The speakers … I don’t even.
I wish they said “Megadrive” instead of Genesis. then it would appeal to the rest of the world where SEGA actually had a larger market share than Nintendo in a lot of cases.
If there’s a Megadrive version then I’d snap that up (also if I had an iPhone). Damn European variations on consoles
could be the way you’ve worded that but you know Genesis is the US name, not EU? lol
yeah, I worded it badly. I had a Megadrive growing up in England
y’know they really should have just put an actual Genesis in that speaker, it would be awesome hidden feature.
