After Satoru Iwata’s recent passing, a group of Russian fans decided to pay their respects by going to the Japanese Embassy in Moscow and creating a small memorial for the Nintendo president.
According to IGN Russia, the fans converted a small information table into a makeshift memorial for Iwata, complete with flowers, candles, photos and kind messages.
For so many, Satoru Iwata was more than a game exec. Much more.

Brilliant idea, great way to pay respects to a great pillar in gaming history.
Everyone should organise to repeat this in their part of the world.
We need more like this in the world.
I miss him so much T.T
They just got themselves on some Kremlin watch list of Japanese sympathisers.
