I’ve traveled to a lot of big cities, from London to Beijing and Moscow and I can honestly say that, even though it may seem eerie and haunting, I have never felt so safe as I have for the short time I was in Tokyo. In my top 5 places I would go back to!
Used to spend a lot of time skateboarding late at night in Tokyo. Only time you could do it without running into people.
Is this really Tokyo? looks like Kyoto… No where near as highly built as Tokyo :/
I’m guessing Tokyo has a lot of less-dense suburbs than just the major station hubs per district.
Doesn’t look haunting to me, looks amazing! 😀
i want to go to there
