Pokken Tournament will get its own World Championship Series in 2017. The announcement was made by the game’s producer, Masaaki Hoshino, at the conclusion of the Tokaigi 2017 two-on-two Pokken tournament. A new patch was also revealed for the Japanese arcade version of the game.
