As Kotaku previously reported, Production I.G is making an Ultraman anime. Here is the debut trailer.
Last December’s teaser showed the new Ultraman character design.
Production I.G is teaming up with Sola Digital Arts for the anime, which will be helmed by Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex) and Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed).

Stop trying to make chattery 3d animation happen, Netflix. It’s not going to happen.
Looks like yet another fantastic Production I.G work. Can’t wait.
Very interesting choice to animate “The Ultraman” manga..
Was a completely different take on the series and the whole what happened after scenario. Though im not quite sure if the series itself is still part of the canon timeline of the series its still good old fashioned toku fun mixed in with some more mature undertones (think Ultraseven X’s undertone and its pretty close)
