It’s another week in the holiday season, which means that another chapter of the Christmas-themed goals in FarmVille‘s Mistletoe Lane is now available. We’ve made it to Chapter 6, which contains six goals for us to complete over the next seven days. We’re here with a complete guide to finishing these quests, thanks to Zynga.
Perfectly Pine
• Get 6 Pine Powders
• Harvest 100 Winter Grain
• Make Holiday Cookies 3 Times
For this Pine Powders task, and all other tasks in this series that ask you to gather collectibles, you can earn these items by posting a general request on your news feed. As for the Winter Grain, this crop takes a full day to grow, so we’re unfortunately forced to wait a while to get rolling in this goal series unless we use Farm Cash or an Instant Grow potion to hurry this crop along. As for the Holiday Cookies, they’re available to cook in the Patisserie using one Winter Grain, two Cider Apple and two Sugar Cane bushels each. For completing this first goal, you’ll receive 150 XP, a Pine Cone Cow and 3000 coins. As a helpful tip, you’ll want to place that Pine Cone Cow into an animal storage building as soon as you can since you’ll need the mastery points later on.
Creative with Conifers
• Get 8 Conifer Concoctions
• Harvest 125 Wax Beans
• Make Holiday Stew 3 Times
The Wax Beans take 16 hours to grow, so feel free to plant these at the same time as the Winter Grain above, so that you can harvest these instantly when you reach this goal. As for the Holiday Stews, these are also prepared in the Patisserie using two Potatornament, two Flint Corn and two Tomato bushels. For completing this second goal, you’ll receive 200 XP, a Lunar Conifer Tree and 3500 coins.
Beware of.. Poinsettia?
• Get 8 Poinsettia Potions
• Harvest 150 Frosty Holly
• Make Hot Mint Chocolate 3 Times
The Frosty Holly takes two full days to grow, so if you have the extra land space to plant this crop ahead of time, it’s definitely in your best interest to do so. If not, this is definitely an acceptable occasion for spending an Instant Grow potion to cut out the waiting time. The Mint Chocolate is yet another recipe that can be prepared in the Patisserie, and it’s created using two Chocomint, two Winter Grain and two Peppermint Bushels each. After you finish this goal, you’ll receive 250 XP, a Poinsettia Monster, and 4000 coins.
Hiking in the Holly Lands
• Get 8 Holly Hiking Staffs
• Harvest 150 Potatornaments
• Make Winter Casserole 2 Times
The Potatornaments are available to harvest after growing for 12 hours, and the Winter Casserole can be prepared while you wait. Unfortunately, this recipe requires you to have at least a 3-Star Patisserie, so if you haven’t been crafting recipes and levelling up your building before now, you might have a bit of trouble completing the rest of these goals on time. As it stands, a single Winter Casserole takes two Flint Corn, two Wax Bean and one Bell Pepper Bushel to craft. After finishing this goal, you’ll receive 300 XP, a Winter Forest Stream decoration and 4500 coins.
All that Glitters
• Get 9 Gold Nests
• Harvest 175 Flint Corn
• Master Pine Corn Cow to 1-Star
As we said before, it’s best to place this Pine Cone Cow into a storage building as soon as you receive it earlier in this goal series, since you very well may have it mastered to Level 1 before ever reaching this goal. If not, place it in one asap to catch up. If you are left to wait for the Cow to become ready to harvest, you can use that waiting time to grow the Flint Corn, which takes a full day to grow. After finishing this goal, you’ll receive 350 XP, a Gold Peacock and 5000 coins.
Pixie on Holidays
• Get 10 Icy Bells
• Harvest 200 Choco Mint
• Make Hollowberry Pie 2 Times
Choco Mint takes 16 hours to grow, so yet again, we’ll suggest planting multiple crops at once on your farm so that you can save time in the long run. The Hollowberry Pies can be crafted in the Patisserie using two Hollyberry, three Jingleberry and three Blueberry Bushels each, but again, you’ll need to have at least a Level 3 Patisserie in order to have access to this recipe. If you can finish this entire goal series in the week we’ve been given, you’ll receive 400 XP, an Ice Pixie Pegasus and 5000 coins.
