Without a shadow of a doubt, Friday’s haitaku was my favourite ever. Well done to Quiz_b for completely reinventing it, and well done to everyone for being so game and trying to guess.
But the biggest ‘well done’ has to go to Trikeabout for actually guessing what might have been the most devilish haiku we’ve seen to date. Amazing job.
I don’t know how I’m going to follow that, so I’m just going to put out a plain old regular haiku…
A simulator
See the American Flag
What a silly name
Good luck everyone!
This is HaiTaku. We write haikus about old video games and leave it you to guess what game we’re talking about. If you want to submit a Haiku feel free. Send it here!

Marrrrk, do you mind putting a link in to the previous haitaku with the winner for these? I am bad at searching the old one up to see the right answer :'(

Fridays Answer – Tetris
Congrats to Trikeabout.
Please include previous answer in next days Haiku…
I actually found last Friday’s Haiku to be one of the easiest Haitakus that we’ve had. As soon as I read it I had the Tetris theme stuck in my head for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, I’m always to late to answer those…
But true, it would be quite easy to mention the answer to the previous Haitaku when he even mentions who guessed it right.
Normally I do, dunno why I forgot the actual name yesterday.

Seriously, if it is not this…

The “silly name” line makes it a bit of a poser…

Your ego is writing cheques your haiku can’t cash.
Clearly I’m some sort of maverick…
Comebacks like this take my breath away.
I don’t like you because you’re dangerous.
Well, you can be my wingman any time.
Not since you lost that loving feeling…
This thread is riding into the danger zone.
@Arky But the thread for the alternates is down in the ladies room.

America’s Army?
I’m going to go with Mall of America Tycoon, even though Call of Duty, Medal of Honour etc. could also fit well taking into account their horrible names.
