The Cheapest NBN 1000 Plans
Looking to bump up your internet connection and save a few bucks? Here are the cheapest plans available.
It’s Ciri, and Lambert, and Eskel, and Vesemir and OH MY GOD THIS IS GOING TO BE SWEET.
And was that Yennefer on the ship with Geralt & Triss??
I’m pre-ordering this tonight (my region on GOG is set to the US, so hopefully I won’t be paying $70 [or whatever it is if you bought TW1 & 2 through them])
This game is going to slaughter my graphics card.
Guess I should just build a brand new PC!
This, I literally just bought a new MSI GTX 770 and I’m wondering if that will even be enough.
Plus I’m a console gamer at heart so I’m torn, I played both the witcher 1 and then 2 on pc before playing it again on the 360. I wonder what the difference between a PC on max settings at 1080 will compare to my XB1 and PS4. Mainly because they keep saying they haven’t held back on the consoles (since they dumped last gen).
Gah I really want that collectors too >.<
Took me too long to play Witcher 2, but it was probably one of the best games I ever played.
Massive thumbs up for the song on this trailer as well! Specially in a time where everything seems to be DUBstep
Hm, I might give this a try starting with the first game. But I am doubtful if the first two will run on my aging PC.
I know the system requirements are viewable online but could I have someone here give me advice? Such notices are always hit and miss (I’m looking at you, Bethesda!)
My PC is as follows:
* Intel Core 2 Quad
* 8 GB DDR 2
* nVidia GTS 450.
Like I said, it’s an aging PC and I’m a console gamer first and PC games some ways down.
Can’t guarantee how much the game would scale down (obviously 😛 ) but I don’t think that would cut it, unfortunately. I have a GTX 680 and have my doubts on how it’ll go for high settings, let alone ultra.
Just to confirm, this is for the first two games? Sorry in advance if my posts wording implied the third game.
I tried playing witcher 1 on my laptop with 460m and was crushed. You may be able to play the first one buy not the 2nd one. I needed 2 gtx670 to run max without ultra sampling in 1440p
Sorry, I totally misread your post…
That will be fine for the first game, and meets recommended settings for the second game so it’ll run but will probably need to be on somewhere between medium and high graphics.
I had to read the books before re-playing the Witcher, now I have more of an appreciation for the big picture where the story is concerned.
Pretty sure the emperor is talking about the return of Ciri but I’m also hoping that Yennefer makes an appearance, so this is pretty much going to wrap up the whole overarching story of the Witcher books and games…..I’m thinking anyways.
Andrzej Sapkowski or however you spell it, he’s made statements that disassociate his books from the games and basically called the games ” non canonical”, as he hasn’t had anything to do with the story of the games, which I find kinda sad and confusing since they SOMEHOW all connect.
I don’t care, I’m viewing the games as a continuation of the novels in my mind.
The ONLY game I will be buying day one (or even pre-order) and am willing to pay more then $60 for.
