Whoa. Nintendo waited until the end of its E3 address to sneak in an announcement for a little game called Mario Party 10. It’s coming to the Wii U, people! Get excited.
For no particular reason, here are some other amazing stills:

Ever since they made everyone share the cart instead of moving independently, I have mostly lost interest in Mario Party, it’s just not the same.
If it’s still racing to the finish instead of collecting stars then no thanks.
Bumper balls on the first N64 Mario Party was my jam!
matches of that always deteriorated into laughing fits, good memories.
The previous Mario party was pretty dissapointing. They’ve got the mini games down pat but the boards themselves are short and boring and there were only 7 boards. After you play all 7 with friends there really isn’t much else. Boards need more variation.
