They’re almost as iconic in the StarCraft universe as James Raynor or Zeratul these days, so it’s only fitting that two of the game’s most recognisable casters and longest serving ambassadors will have a voice-over pack of their own.
Dan “Artosis” Stemkoski and Nicolas “Tasteless” Plott have been casting Brood War and StarCraft for over a decade, and they probably have a good shot at claiming the longest broadcasting pair in all of video games.
But while they’ve branched out into other titles, predominately Blizzard ones, StarCraft is their bread and butter. So it’s only right that the two are finally getting recognition in-game with an announcer pack.
According to the official announcement, the sounds of Tasteless and Artosis will appear in StarCraft 2 as of the next patch. The post didn’t mention a specific price, although all announcer packs have been paid DLC so far.
The most recent was a pack featuring John “TotalBiscuit” Bain, available for $10.95. Announcer packs featuring characters from the StarCraft universe, as well as a cross-over starring Overwatch’s D.Va (who was a former professional StarCraft player in the official Overwatch lore), are available for $6.95.

im think this pack might be free. I mean when you talk Starcraft as an Esport, they are the Richie Benau and Tony Greg of Starcraft
