The latest title from the studio behind Vampyr and Life is Strange, Twin Mirror might best be described as a David Lynch video game. Seriously: just try and work out what’s going on in this trailer.
Twin Mirror‘s protagonist, Sam Higgs, has a special ability to go to a secret “palace” in his mind. It’s basically a place for him to run situations and scenarios over and over.
Sam also has a more suave double – who’s just called “The Double” – that supposedly interferes or assists Sam as he tries to piece together his memories after waking up with a shirt covered in blood. It’s all a little strange, and probably best just to watch it unfold.
Twin Mirror will be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One as a three-part episodic series, with the first episode dropping sometime next year.
