In the anime One-Punch Man, Saitama has a workout routine that includes 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10k-run. Investor Sean Seah tried this for real, and the results were certainly noticeable.
Over the years, there have been multiple games and anime that have inspired people to get into tip-top shape.
Seah first showed the results of his training routine, which you can watch below.
Recently, he also discussed what he was eating while doing the One-Punch Man workout.
Impressive and inspiring!

He kept his hair, however. Maybe he did it wrong.
I think the hair loss is what gave Saitama his power. This guy won’t be able to punch like Saitama

That video was way better than this story. Awesome.
Good on him, but not exactly impressive.
That set of exercises is done by almost any infantry regiment on a daily basis, and is considered the minimum baseline.
Yeah…that’s sort of the point.
Even characters in the show point this out, believing Saitama is hiding the true method of gaining his power, the workout routine was supposed to be a basic one haha
Ah, fair enough
Does anyone know how old he actually is?
