Hooray!! The last app (and full game for that matter) was awful!
Briefly: Cool.
Have some crappy game on Facebook? Thats what they did for AC: Brotherhood
The companion app was well done for Black Flag, and actually quite useful. If they had just stuck to that formula with the Unity one, no one would have minded. They tried to make it too clever and just destroyed what was good about the idea.
Yeah, I actually didn’t mind the black flag one. It was good to be able to log into that minigame either on the console or on my phone.
The treasure map stuff worked well.
I’ve not tried the one for unity, but the one for black flag has been amazing, actually allowing me to continue to the game, if only in a small way, when I’m not at my console. Not to mention it works perfectly and is an actual asset to the game. Is a shame, as i thought it was a great idea, and something more games need
