Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice Delayed
The 3DS follow-up game to Sonic Boom has been delayed by Sega. Originally slated for this year, Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice is now looking at a 2016 release instead. The team apparently needs the extra time to apply a little more polish to the game for a “a stronger, more enjoyable experience.”

Shovel Knight Dev Has Announced Upcoming Expansion’s Release Date
Shovel Knight dev Yacht Club Games has announced the release date for their game’s upcoming expansion: September 17. Plague of Shadows will feature a new character, the Plague Knight, and will be released for all versions of Shovel Knight in a free update. Trailer for it is above, in case you missed it last month.
