Dota 2's New Bloom Festival will soon be underway, and the Dota team has invited players to participate by submitting items with a Chinese New Year theme to the Dota 2 workshop. That theme requirement obviously didn't stop Down Limit, the man behind the Gaben shopkeeper skin, from putting his creation forward.
