And it will sell dozens of units, DOZENS!
With that many Japanese developers making content for it you never know…
I’d expect that the vast majority of those games will be multiplatform, though.
I think in recent years the Japanese market in general has been moving away from home consoles and towards handhelds (DS/3DS/PSP/Vita). Even PS4 probably hasn’t been the runaway success in Japan that it has been in the rest of the world, so I don’t fancy the XBone’s chances.
Nah, they had Mistwalker before with Sakaguchi of Final Fantasy fame as the captain but they still failed in Japan.
Woah dude, don’t you think you’re being a bit too optimistic?
I’m in Japan now. Xbox 360 has one aisle in the gaming section. Vita has 1-2x. PS3 has minimum 5x.
Too little too late. I’ve already noticed Japanese players on my friends list that have already bought Titanfall, the only reason why they could be interested in the Xbone.
Wouldn’t they just get it on 360 or PC? Eurogamer covered the differences and the general consensus is that and they aren’t worth the price of the new console.
I think Titanfall just wasn’t all it was cracked up to be given how quickly it all died down. Then again I think that’s a current trend tbh.
I was talking about the 360.
Ahhhhh I see, sorry my bad.
