Sailor Scouts are normally tough gals, what with the fighting evil by moonlight thing, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be even more badass. Case in point: this wonderful punk Sailor Moon cosplay.
These pictures taken by Vivid Vision show a group of friends at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo — and yes, there are individual shots which let you take in more detail:

More like hot topic sailor moon.
Nooooooooope…….
Never really followed the Sailor Moon thing, but call me juvenile…..Sailor Uranus? Calling Seaman Staines and Master Bates (Captain Pugwash a cartoon from the 70’s for you young whipper snappers)
You totally got me. I used to watch that show and didn’t remember those names and couldn’t believe they’d have been selling it as a kids show with those, so I went to look it up.
Sadly the Captain Pugwash reference is a myth

The real names where Mater Mate, Tom the Cabin Boy and there is no Seamen anything
They’re named after the planets. (And a satellite of the Earth) But yes, I’m sure when Uranus was first discovered centuries ago and named after a Greek god, they were snickering to themselves how hundreds of years in the future, English speakers would find it most amusing to say its name. But enough about Uranus, let’s talk about Mianus and how it’s in America…
BTW: Master Bates, Seaman Staines and Roger the Cabin Boy were never real characters from Captain Pugwash and were just an urban myth.
Doesn’t matter. Sometimes myth is better than reality. Captain Pugwash was still an awesome cartoon.
