After its launch on Friday, “about 20 THOUSAND PEOPLE (!!)” supplied “more testing” than the game had received in the past five years, according to Polytron programmer Renaud Bedard. “So, as it happens, bugs popped up. Some pretty serious.”
We’ve written before about the nasty bug that will break Nintendo’s latest Legend of Zelda game and Nintendo’s plans to address it. Gamasutra reported earlier today that Nintendo opened up a special “Legend of Zelda Data Restoration Channel” to deliver the patch that would fix the problem for Skyward Sword users.
The computer version of Rage hasn’t exactly been trouble free for some folks trying to play id Software’s latest creation. I haven’t run into any over issues, but I’ve got a high-end tower that I just ran through a massive driver update. That’s not the norm.
